I do want to start by saying just how proud of you I am for focusing on yourself right now! That is not easy. I know how hard it can be to prioritize ourselves as moms!
Honestly, as we juggle our schedules and lives, it often feels like there is just not enough time in a day to fulfill all that needs to happen and prioritize our health at the same time. So this is a huge step and I truly commend you!
What you should know is, being a part of the Wellness Aligned Collective will not be about any crazy fad diets, or training for the next hydrox challenge.
Instead this collective will be about balance- finding that balance through the noise of life and finding ways to make it happen. But also allowing us to live our lives! To go out for ice cream with our kids and ACTUALLY eat the ice cream! And then the next day put on the bathing suit and take that pool day picture together.
